| @asLAN es una asociación democrática
sin ánimo de lucro. Anualmente y según su Reglamento de Régimen Interior renueva
en Asamblea General, su Junta Directiva. “La Junta Directiva
es el órgano permanente de gestión y dirección de la Asociación y está formada
por un Presidente, un Vicepresidente, un Secretario, un Tesorero y entre cuatro
y diez vocales elegidos por la Asamblea General mediante sufragio libre y secreto,
de la forma prevista en el Reglamento de Régimen Interior”
La Junta Directiva electa para el año 2007 quedó conformada,
en la Asamblea General Ordinaria del 24 de Enero de 2007,
